Service Description
Meet Anna in person to discuss your brows, lashes or past treatments, assess your skin and brow history, and ask any questions you may have. This appointment is completely free with no obligation to proceed – it’s simply to help you understand your options and decide what feels right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Our consultation is designed to help you feel confident before deciding on any treatment. During this session, we will assess your brows, discuss your goals, suitability, and answer any questions you may have. A consultation fee applies when booking a consultation appointment. If you decide to proceed with treatment at Brow Master London, the consultation fee will be fully deducted from your treatment cost. Consultation Fee Policy The consultation fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including if you: Decide not to proceed with treatment Do not attend the consultation appointment Cancel or reschedule the consultation Change your mind after booking Cancellation / Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that the consultation fee will still apply if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed. If You Cannot Travel to the Studio If travelling to the studio is difficult, we can offer a video consultation instead. You will need to send clear photos of your eyebrows (front and both sides) in natural light before the call so we can properly assess your brows. How to Switch to a Video Consultation Simply reply to your booking confirmation or message us to request a video consultation, and we will confirm the time and photo guidelines.
