Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including change of mind. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, provided that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Cancellation / Change of Mind If you decide not to proceed with your treatment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment so that we can release the slot to other clients. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will not be refunded but may, at our discretion, be held on account and used towards a future booking within 6 months. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in full. Late Arrival If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your booking. However, if we are unable to carry out the treatment safely or fully, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Our Right to Reschedule or Cancel In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment (for example, due to illness or circumstances beyond our control), we will offer you the next available time slot. In these cases, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or, if no suitable date can be agreed, refunded in full.
